Here at MyRuby we pride ourselves on providing a bespoke service for every client, which means your business and your customers are at the heart of everything we do.

MyRuby provides an outsourced telephone reception service to companies all over the UK. Our service operates in two ways. As a total replacement to a traditional receptionist, or as an overflow to your existing set up, taking the strain at lunchtimes, holidays and as cover for sick leave. You get your own dedicated receptionist who gets to know your company as well as any on-site receptionist.
